Our on-stage tapas kitchen serves small plates, charcutería and cheeses. Enjoy entreés such as our aged, hand-cut Spanish chuletón for two (28-ounce bone-in rib-eye steak) or any of the delicious, sustainable seafood offerings - scallops, grouper and charred octopus. Toledo highlights Spanish wines with over 50 choices hand-selected by our Master Sommelier, as well as handcrafted cocktails, beers and ciders.
